Three Things Eloise is Talking About This Week:
Fall Decor: I’m feeling so fall-ish with the drop in temps this weekend! We went for a freezing cold boat ride and by the end, I was ready decorate my house for fall. I went to Target for a few house things and was so excited to find some fall decor. I got this doormat, these straw pumpkins and some sweet felt accessories. You can see my full fall round-up on Wednesday on the blog!
Dudley Stephens: I just ordered my third Dudley Stephens Park Slope Turtleneck and I’m not ashamed! I have them in navy and hunter green and I’ve been wanting one in camel for a year but they’re always sold out. I saw that they were in stock last week and jumped on it. I’m going to wear it with white jeans in this transitional time of year and then with black leggings when it’s a little cooler.
The Blonde Files: Listening to this podcast on my my morning walks with Mr. Trucks has made me so happy for the past few weeks. Arielle Lore is married to Chuck Lorre, and she has a fun insiders perspectives to Hollywood, but her podcast is about all things wellness. She’s very open about work she’s had done, her past as an addict and what she’s currently doing to stay healthy and happy. She has a laid back interview style that’s a gently start to the day, but I feel like her interviews give you real and actionable information.
Three Things Dinah is Talking About This Week:
Cozy Layers: I was in a wedding this past weekend (super small, outdoors, very Covid-safe)! It was a very chilly weekend and since we were outside for most of it, I stressed about what layers to pack that would look cute, but also keep me warm. I ended up bringing my Uniqlo Ultra Light Down Compact Jacket in navy, which packed so easily in the little bag it comes it and fit over everything from my workout gear, to my bridesmaid pajamas and my chiffon dress during the after party.
Botanical Bitches: My friend Allie has been making the cutest masks, that come with a little gold chain! Her fabric selections are on point and the gold chain acts as a cute accessory, but also makes it so easy to take the masks on and off and not lose track of them. She will also do custom designs if you need a special gift for someone!
Date Night Looks: I’m back in the dating game in Boston, so I have been trying to not only shift my wardrobe to fall, but also find a few fun “date night” looks that still work for outdoor dates since those are the only type I am having. I have a pretty strong collection of sweater-y blazers and coats, and this white tank has been the perfect layering piece underneath. It has just enough tasteful cleavage and the lace gives a great romantic vibe.
