The Cutest Golf-Themed Part — CURRENT / CLASSIC

For my birthday this year, I wanted to have a casual family party where the kids could run around and play outside and eat candy and the adults could relax and catch up and drink Aperol Spritzes and eat candy. I kept going to back to the golf-themed children’s birthday party in Celebrations. Darcy had so many cute ideas for party favors and tablescapes and activities-I just loved the whole thing.

Luckily for me, my mom is saint and took over the party favors and decor prep, which meant that I just to had to organize the food and drinks and games, which I kept very simple. I ordered plastics golf clubs and balls, multi-colored mustaches and then used the bamboo spoons and green cups from the party. The kids loved the game where they raced carrying the golf balls on spoons in their mouths and I even got some of the dad to participate! So much silly family fun.

The golf ball party favors that my mom did were the cutest-white gum balls on golf tees on a bed of green jelly beans, and then she ordered little trophies and filled them with gum balls and other candy. Dinah made simple flags for the flower arrangements with green construction paper and the brown paper straws. I had green turf from Home Depot that we cut to be the tablecloth which added the finishing touch to the tablescape.
