Easter Gift Ideas for All Ages
Easter is one of our favorite holidays. Our mom always sets a beautiful table on Easter and we all get dressed up and have an elegant lunch. It’s one of my favorite traditions and I love an excuse to break out feminine pastels and florals and candy, so even in quarantine last year, I (Eloise) talked the girls into putting on pretty dresses and setting the table with spring-y linens while we made a fancy brunch. Then we did an egg hunt around the yard, and when they got bored later in the afternoon, they set up a second egg hunt for themselves, and then a third-the fun never ends with egg hunts, apparently!
I (Eloise) panicked a few days ago, realizing that it has snuck up on me and that I needed to get hopping (haha!) on buying all of the ingredients for festive baskets, plus pretty dresses and dressy shoes that actually fit the girls, and egg hunt supplies! I panicked and started ordering and per a request from our friend, Jami, I thought I would share the ideas that I found.
Since I (Dinah) don’t have kids of my own, I embarrassingly sometimes still get an Easter treat from our mom. While I am not pulling together full baskets, we do clearly love a theme event, I love the idea of treating myself and whatever grownups I am with to a little bit of silly Easter fun, and getting excited for warmer weather in the process!
